Time to watch shana final episode now.

The animation used in Shana final episode was really good. I'm satisfied with the ending I guess.

The second half of the series was really good... Too bad the first half was so bad. I wish they could balance the fighting and romance out a bit better. The second half basically restored a lot of my faith in the series.

I just wish their romance episode werent all filler. Last 3 episodes alone had more animation than the rest of the series, with a good proportion of character development/romance and fighting.

HnG is long and boring and has too many references.

Actually, I got a lot more positive feedback than negative from the people I recommended it to. It can't be that bad.

Edit: Just saw the first episode of Sayonara Zetsubou for a change and I got to say that it was full of random funny win!

I want to start watching Code Geass to try and help the Gundam 00 sixe month break, so where did you all downlaod Code Geass from and is there a batch download instead of individually?

You wont find anything more random than Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. It's not the kind of show that make you laugh loud the whole time, but it always manage to bring interesting idea.

So I'm interesting in watching the Macross Frontier season when it starts up, curious, do I have to and how far back, would I have to start to get a good feel for the series? Is it related to previous series or just similar to gundam?

It's like Gundam, you don't really need to know about the series. Except the ending song which gives me goosebumps because it was the original Macross song...

having general knowledge of the macross/robotech series is good to have so you can pick up on references. everything is within the same time line.

Yeah I really enjoyed it, although I had to rewatch it to read some of those little quotes and stuff since I wasn't really paying attention to it the first time.

just re-watched EP 23, 24, 25 of Code Geass to get myself ready for this weekend, kinda let myself forget just how awesome it is.

And the end theme, stories, so good lol.

I just saw the first two episodes of Shigofumi and I really enjoyed how like every part played itself out to form an entire story. Though I kinda felt bad for the kid getting stabbed after confessing like that.

Pretty sure Episode 1 was what came out yesterday, with OP/ED themes and a little bit of rework done on the actual episode.

Agreed. Loved them, but most character were great in their own way. It's sad only 4/12 novels were covered by the anime. I really want to see the rest. Heard there will be 3 more ova tho.
