Al-Ammawi Mosque; one of the oldest religious monuments, was a chruch, then turned in to a mosque, John the Baptist's head is kept in a shrine in there (he's one of our prophets too)

Nice. I love learning about the ancient civilizations that used to live there, Phonecians. I first fell in love with that topic when I was in lebanon and went to a ruins site that looked pretty damned greek to me, then learned all about this race of people that are completely different than the people that inhabit the land today.

I'm a history nut, every place with unique history I'm very intrigued by. I loved egypt until I explored a little and met the people, then I was like ogod get me out of here, they all try to scam you hardcore.
