Oh I still like to be active, love to dance - been dancing almost 25 years now - but running just didn't agree with me.

They look very.. french.
They still look french! All Cirque du soleil'ish.
On the talk of over running. I used to run between 15-20 miles a day. For a few days I started changing it to a marathon a day 26 miles at least...after the third day I broke my ankle. Which led to me breaking my hip two weeks later. I strongly advice sticking to your routine.
