I just watched Ong-bak/2, you remind me somewhat of Tony Jaa

When in doubt, pinkey out.
Tony Jaa has some Cambodian blood in him I think, maybe that's why
Bought the suit at Zara's in Manhattan and tailored it a little, jacket and pants came out to $245.

finally content enough with my arm mass to post an update
First thought: HULK SMASH!
Second thought: his arms look needlefree...
Third thought: HULK ANGRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
I can kick his ass. I think you could fit 7 of my arms into one of his.
dude your arms are huge, what is your workout routine?
25 pull-ups, 50 135 lb deadlifts, 50 push-ups (military style), 50 box jumps w/24 inch box, 50 floor wipers with 135 lb bar, 50 clean and press at 36 lbs and 25 more pushups, every other day
shit dawg thats impressive, u gonna go bigger?
planning on an MMA camp for boxing(or kickboxing) either this or next year, trying to stay around 180 for middleweight, probably not much bigger
buckethead wow lol
204 at 6'1", middleweight is where i'd like to be but I don't see it happening
on days I workout, 30g of whey protein with water, 30 minutes later a full breakfast (omelette, 2 full eggs/4 whites, two pieces of brown toast and a full glass of orange juice). two hours later, a shake containing 40 grams of protein, 40 grams of pure carbs and 5 grams of creatine with 2 whole bananas. 150 grams of either lean beef, skinless chicken or tuna with wholemeal bread or brown rice. salad with a lowfat high carb dressing(I prefer hidden valley ranch) and one piece of fresh fruit (I usually go with sliced apples)
after working out, a shake with 40 grams of whey protein, 25 grams of dextrose and 5 grams of creatine, and a similar meal (150 grams of lean beef, chicken or fish with brown rice and broccoli/green beans, though any green vegetable works, these are just ones I'm privy to) before bed, if I stay awake for 2 hours or more after that I have 30 more grams of whey protein before sleep. I used to take casein protein for slow absorption overnight but it tastes like shit, I ran out and haven't been back to GNC
Still built like a fucking twig working out everyday. My metabolism is fucking insane. I already eat what most people consider "meals," 5-6x a day as well. Gonna' give that routine a shot.
Here's hoping a little bit more of a focused diet can help. Any ideas on if it'd be more beneficial to me to skip on going lean/skinless since I've seriously got minimal (and I have to stress MINIMAL) body fat to begin with?
