Also, you eat too many calories and don't eat enough fat, if that's really your diet. You're fucking your body, basically, because you need the fat to condition your body to fuel itself for long endurance events. Your overall level of fitness would probably be pretty low compared to someone who trains and eats correctly (though don't get me wrong, not necessarily low compared to most of the people who post here), however your physical appearance would easily deceive otherwise.
