    jocks are hot. guys who look like they eat their wheaties with a side of steroids every morning, not as much.

    I mean it's not like he's ugly or anything, but just because muscles are hot doesn't mean you can't have too much of a good thing. I'm sure some would disagree with me, which is why I'm sure he'll get laid just fine looking like that. to each their own.

    I'd be all over him if he lost something like 50 lbs of muscle, though. imo his body would be a lot hotter then.

    What are your legs like? And the deadlifts/box jumps/clean and press are all you do for them?

    A lot of people have said, "That looks like my routine". Well, that will happen when it's a common crossfit workout, lol...

    Also, you eat too many calories and don't eat enough fat, if that's really your diet. You're fucking your body, basically, because you need the fat to condition your body to fuel itself for long endurance events. Your overall level of fitness would probably be pretty low compared to someone who trains and eats correctly (though don't get me wrong, not necessarily low compared to most of the people who post here), however your physical appearance would easily deceive otherwise.

    that was just a sample of my diet, for one workout day, that isn't all I eat, just before and after training. I do eat a lot of albacore tuna and salmon as well, its the same diet that I was originally using to get a good physical appearance regardless of fitness and strength, but it was addicting and I wound up [much] larger than I planned. I realize I'll have to change my diet and raise my overall level of fitness for MMA though, some of the routines that MMA fighters perform regularly would probably kill me right now.

    While I'm impressed, by the bucketheadmuscles I'm also rather intimidated! Some chicks love that look but it honestly scares me a bit lol. Still, good on you for having a goal and putting in the effort to achieve it. That takes dedication & is impressive.

    I love it when people that have a bit of muscle automatically think they wouldn't get their ass handed to them in MMA. Once you get your head kicked in for the first time 99% of people would never want to experience that again.

    Good luck with whatever you do though, if you can handle it more power to you.

    And no, i've never done any MMA, but i used to box in national competitions and thinking you could take a hit and actually taking a hit are two completely different things.

    While muscle helps in MMA obviously, flexibility and cardio go much further. Im no MMA cage guy but I have trained in BJJ for a good 6 years.

    His body belongs in a Mr Universe, not in a cage. When i see that i see way to slow on the ground at least but don't get me wrong he could probably beat up 95% of most guys based on sheer badass alone haha.
