i've been trying to put on weight for the past 3 months but I think I eat too healthy to >.<

I actually drink 2 protein shakes (about 42 grams I guess) a day, my diet is super high in protein, veggies, fiber, and has almost no processed sugar/white flour/cheese. I could post the full thing if you were interested, I lost like 50 lbs in 6 months eating that way. I've tried to add more calories than I'm burning at the gym and I am building muscle, just going a lot slower than my weight loss did so I'm getting impatient lol.

My body fat % is super low, I'm pretty set with where it is and I'm not looking to put on THAT much weight, maybe 5-10lbs max so I can look a little more defined. I don't look particularly good all bulky cuz I have a narrow frame :<

It's very hard to put on a good amount of weight, muscle-wise. Never worry about getting too big, because it really won't happen unless you do SERIOUS work.

Play Suikoden 2, and see where your name REALLY comes from! It's so much better than Tierkreis. Although, I finally just started playing tierkreis seriously, and it's actually pretty fun.. once you ignore how it has absolutely nothing to do with the rest of the series, except for the music ):
