Althought I'm only doing 3 days a week, with my off days doing about 3 mile runs, I'm still breaking it up.
Usually first day I do chest, incline bench, incline flyes, flat bench press, and flat bench flyes. Arms usually only do concentration curls and skull crushers. Doing abs every workout day.
2nd day, deadlifts, squats, calf raises, leg extensions, and abs again.
3rd day, upper back and shoulders and traps and abs.
