Personally I think its funny how she rants on about it as if someone is asking her to post nude shots of herself. All she has to do is say "no, i dont feel comfortable doing that" and then ignore all other comments or just ignore the initial request and bam! no one else notices or cares.

If you post a pic in such a thread, you can probably expect someone to ask you for a pic of yourself.
