yes i was lol. i got pics to prove it and all but i dont feel comfortable sharing it with too many others. its still embarrassing. some of my friends said i shouldve been on the Biggest Loser lol


but, i changed my life i became more active and just started to really go all out with it. took me 4-5 months? i maintained most of my muscle mass (thank god) since i was building off a bigger body while cutting, but i got really lucky. it usually doesnt work like that, thanks to the BG fitness threads/other misc places, i used that as my reference as to what programs to look up and what recipes to follow.

but im still a huge nerd

youll still catch me complaining about online lag whenever i die on MW2 or playing FFXIV when it comes out.

i just gotta find out how im gonna balance it all. ugh!

Well good on ya lol. I've only ever really seen 2-3 other people that have lost a large ammount of weight and looked hot after it (one was on The Biggest Loser UK lol.. her before and after was actually insane.. Jodie Prenger was her name methinks).
I'm terrible with keeping weight off.. I'm down to about 190lb atm, although I go through crappy phases where I give up and it shoots back up to 220ish -_-; I have quite a big frame so fortunately it's not that bad :3 Just wish I was bloody taller lol
