im on that whey powder now though mannng. im using the ON one with 30g of protein i got off of amazon for 35 bucks. its actually pretty good since it doesnt have much sugar in it, carbs and its only 140 cals lol. tastes like crap though, compared to things like muscle mlk light, but shit man. it gets the job done gewd

im still fat but idc, at least im not obese anymoarz

When taking pictures of ones self, one must use myspace angles. I've learned that people with big arms over compensate because they can't get ripped else where. Is this true? Photographic evidence would help with this "scientific study."
