oh, i can do those, but my stomach is not impressive at all like i said, i got love handles to work on, and i still have a million stretch marks from when i WAS big lol. my chest is ok, and im satisfied with it, but im working on my ass and legs more than i am upperbody. and its not like its that beneficial to me as far as sex appeal goes. i dont wear tights or thongs, but i dont want a huge upper body with scrawny legs, you know? lol

and you seen my before pics? damn <_> i still feel embarrassed as hell to post those. and it didnt take years, i went from 426->248 in about 4-5 months, but im at 238 now
