and he's a videogame fanatic just like us, and he got into MMO's about a 5-6 months ago, as 10 year old lol. he's not even lvl 75 yet, and already solo tanking big white tigers in sky, not breaking a sweat in FFXI lol
i asked him if he was going to start solo tanking Absolute virtue and PW's on nin/rdm like his awesome uncle rich. and he said "nope, im gonna do it like Rewk!" fucking kid already knows who Rukenshin is, that asshole. Derrick, if you're reading this, my nephew says he's better than both of us in FFXI.

Is it normal for his thyroid cartilage to have 2 bumps or has it only just arisen? If it has only just come up he may want to get that checked out by the doctor.

To tell the truth I havent noticed it until now. That being said, hes been in and out of the hospital for several months now because of several problems. I would hope the doctors would have noticed it since originally we weren't sure what was wrong exactly.

If it's part of his usual thyroid prominence morphology... ie. the doctor can feel it's continuous and a relatively normal shape, it shouldn't be much to worry about. But from what little I remember in my short stint in med school, an extra lump on one's thyroid is something to check out. I hope he is well ;__;

Yeah they finally narrowed down a lot of his problems to his pancreas. It was mostly a large lack of protein.
