I'm a 32B, which sounds very average but I'm so tiny they look a lot bigger on me. They're now too heavy to simply go without any support. I quite like the shape of mine - round, and not too big nor too small - but sometimes us girls have a little bit of breast envy I suppose.

Yes I have breast envy for smaller breasts, I'm a 36FF and would love to be 32B. Shopping for comfortable bras is like trying to find the holy grail. Top that off with attractive comfortable bras, they do not exist. I have heard good things about Nordstroms though, so I will go there next.

Some gals I know with larger breasts have the exact problems that you do The standard ones just dig in uncomfortably. I don't know how much money you have to spend, but we have a brand of underwear here called Freya that caters for those with larger cup sizes:

I used to get away without wearing one, but as an ex once said... "Have you gotten bigger?"... cue me now never going out unless I'm wearing one. My advice is to definitely wear some form of support.

They havent gotten any bigger since puberty (to my knowledge >_>), but I do wear fitted undershirt when I go to work. When I'm just with my friends, fuck that shit. I do get the "Are you cold?" remark on occasion, and they get a nice solid pinch on the back of the arm, so it's all good

I would love to have small tits. Fucking torture having anything beyond a D cup. I want a breast reduction operation. You are so fortunate to be able to go without a bra or at least to used to have been able to.

The only high impact activity I really have is regular-people exercise My mom warned me that I would not want to go on hormones because she's a double D, and if I'm anything like her I'll be sorry Well the other side is asian with more modest size, so I think I'll be okay.

As far as a bra designed to support male breast tissue, idk. I think there's a difference between boob and moob, difference being that moob has sideboob. I'm curious to see what the difference is between male/female bras, but if sideboob is the case, I would still need a female bra.

@Nirokun, the male bras I am speaking of are like fitness type things. I will look for links. I am not sure how much breast tissue will develop with hormone enhancement but extra weight is extra weight and you need to develop shoulder and back muscles with larger sizes generally.

Kyo, yeah I had spine surgery but not because of my boobs lol, different part of my back. I have learned to support myself with good posture from years of ballet training and some martial arts but it is not fun having to over correct for the extra weight.
