I once heard the length can help go unnoticed unattractive face characteristics, whether it is by directly hiding them behind the hair or by turning the main focus to the hair instead.

For example, a huge nose should not be as noticiable on a long haired man, just as it isnt if they got a mustache.

Can you tell I'm 30?!!!

I can definitely tell it given your smile:
- the wrinkles starting from the nose and going down are quite visible
- same thing at the corners of the lips
- the cheeks are getting thinner.
- the forehead also seem to slightly move up (means you probably started loosing some hair)

I don't know about the eyes and forehead cause your picture isn't a close up, however I really hope you kept these. By lacking the wrinkles around the eyes and on the forehead, you're directly spotted as a guy using surgery, which isn't something you should want.

You're probably better trying to have the charming smile of a teenager allied to the glance of an experienced man, rather the opposite (the look of a kid and the smile of an old man).

All in all, don't forget you can fool 20ish guys because they don't know where to look, but you'll never fool anyone of your age because the first thing they do is check on you what happened to them.

Just my two cents, I'm not trying to be mean, just trying to give you the realistic look of a man who is also in his 30s (as opposed to the look of BG 20 YO kids...)
