nah, that wasn't even my best haul. now 2005 was something to see. Between my two friends and myself, we got a total about 56 lbs of candy, 17 of which being my own. That one lasted me almost two weeks.

those are plantain chips, which are like potato chips but thicker/crunchier

gives a nice texture to the ceviche (raw fish "cooked" by marinating in limes/lemons for a while. can also include shrimp, squid, conch, etc)
