Yah, not much I can do about it till I get cash. :-/ It was the only draw-back to my home which is all the wood paneling. It should be gone by September. And then in comes new curtains, new paint, new lighting, new entertainment center, etc.

Also.. low ceilings >_> I'm only 6' tall. The house was built in the 50s with efficiency in mind. Low ceilings and low roofing with amazing insulation = incredibly low electric/heating bill. It's actually quite nice once you get use to it.

I wish my living room was that big. The wood paneling would drive me crazy though...

Yah, short house but it's decent sized. It's 1,800 square foot on the inside, one acre yard, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom.. and my bedroom is actually bigger than the living room. Plus a screened in patio and five storage buildings outside..

And given my area's low cost of living it only cost me $68,000 dollars (I got it $15,000 off the appraised value and knocked $10K off their asking price).

So yah, when I get back $7,000 from the IRS in September.. I plan on putting new siding up on my frontroom, a hallway, and my kitchen (which is wall-papered). I'm thinking about putting a white brick facade on half my living room.. not sure yet. Time will tell (and my laziness). By this time FF:XIV will be out and I'll probably feel like doing nothing to my house.

naw, im just hairy. i have humongous legs that only look bigger because of the hair. luckily my body hair stops right around my thighs, but it looks really weird. i shave my chest like once every couple months, and forearms like every 2 weeks. my face takes FOREVER to grow facial hair, but my legs and calves? i can go head to head with robin williams
