At first I thought "why is this dork posting pics of his no-abs" but then I read you've lost 40lbs. Grats on the weight loss. Keep up the good work. Being disciplined and staying disciplined with diet and exercise is admirable.

I used to be like that back when i was like 19-20. Hitting 26 now and its just not the same heh. I was at 211 in feb. and not a good 211 at 5' 8". Im under 175 for the first time in nearly 5 years so.

I just turned 26 and up until I was 24, I weighed 135-140lbs. Only reason I put on those lbs to hit 170 was working out and just eating ridiculous amounts of food.
