and yes, cell phone quality sucks. but i stole this color off of domon/chari. i got the armani collezioni suit with matching pinstripes for my vest a few days ago. its the 1st expensive thing i bought for myself in my whole life. i feel like wop! but the shirt is actually just a ralph lauren.
Actually, it's just been a case of lack of equipment. Still been doing things like push ups and weightless workouts the entire summer, so it's not like I'm doing nothing, but school just started and I have access to their gym now. I'll be going twice a week and doing my weightless workouts on the weekend for my third workout.
Yea, that bike does work for them legs. I still enjoy the leg press, though. I think I stared too low. Started on Wednesday at the gym there. I started at 200, did 10, 220, did 8, 240, did 6, 260, did 4, 280, did 2, 450, did once (lol and I think the school machine only goes to 480). Did 3 sets of that. Basically did low to high for introductory day. I think I'll be doing sets like that for everything for first workout of each week and then goign w/ higher weight on day 2, and of course my @ home stuff for weekends.

Now that that's out of the way, carry on with whatever you were doing.
My routine for legs is to do 10 @ 270, 360, 450 then w/o taking a break do 5 more, take off a 45 plate from each side and do 10 reps, then another 45plate off each side and do 15, until i'm down to a single 45 on each side increasing reps by 5. No breaks so it kills your legs. Then take a break and do something else then hit your squats.
I do other leg work outs prior to that, mostly just leg extensions and hamstring curl things
