Um, in some of the more westernized places ya, like Dubai, Bahrain and such. But as for over in country like iraq/afgan? Not a lot. You will every now and then, but the majority of the women there still are very strict when it comes to that. The more of a presence we have over there the more likely to see it but ya, they are very very strict. I made the mistake of my first time we visited Dubai to take a picture of a women in her full garb outfit w/e and holy shit did i piss off A LOT of people lol.
