One doughnut wont kill you, just like anything else. Will having 6 in one sitting like some people do? Of course haha. If you havent had one in two years, go eat a fucking doughnut. I was skinny before and didn't have abs, so no its not from "being skinny" alone, although getting to a lower fat % (I'm not that low either) is easier, obviously.

A donut does nothing for me, I see no appeal in eating something that has no nutritional value whatsoever. An average donut will hit you about 250 calories, and give you at least 30% of your DV intake for carbs/fat. I can eat:

Something that actually benefits my workout, is on par with calories alongside the donut and has WAY less fat/carbs and provides the protein I need to sustain muscle, and be full for hours. Whereas a donut just feeds the sweet tooth and, (especially for me), won't even make an impact on my appetite.

TLDR: A donut is delicious, but I can eat something that provides alot more food, for less of a hit to my diet. Also, with a little banana peppers, tastes 100X better.

Nah, I am just denying everything because I am scared that my fellow BG community will find out I am an in the closet gay. I just hope they don't find out I actually befriended a gay member of the forums on my FB, and he copy and pasted my pics in the gay thread. That will definitely be a sure tell sign...
