i made a bet with my friend who lives there, that i can grow a beard in 1 month. and i so won that bet. i didnt say "firas beard" but a normal one. here is my victory pose after 13 hours of flight/terrible airport security. oh. and of course i was magically randomly selected. the lady with the gloves made me get behind a changing room type curtain lol. but it was hardly inconspicuous. old ladies were walking by looking at me as if i was a villain in a LOTR movie lol. they told me if i didnt go through the scanner, i was going to have to be put in a queue room or something for about 1 hour. since my flight left at 1 hour 45 min or so, i just decided to suck it up and take my cancer rays like a man.
