geez, 4 pages in 1 day. I actually appreciate the criticism, few things about it though, it's winter, and that's the only reason I'm growing out my beard, along with my hair starting to get long, I normally keep it really short. Also I kind of mix and match several different styles, sometimes I'll wear a metal bands t-shirt sometimes I wear an American Eagle polo. I've been told the glasses fit my beard, but the beard is def. not permanent so hopefully I can still pull them off without it.

As for hipsters, well we don't really have any of them around here, so it's not like people see me and scoff and say what you did, not that I have a problem with it but it's just not something that would really happen around here. We mostly have just wiggers, wannabe goths(attention whores), preps/jocks, and lots of stoners.

The one funny thing about what you said about hipsters, is that part of the beard experiment is something from the questionablecontent.com comics. In one of the early comics one character asks another if a lot hipsters and indie kids grow out really gross beards so that when they shave them off girls will be like "Oh hey he isn't so gross without that beard anymore" Not that there will be any new people in my life when shaving time comes but the comments people make after is something I'm looking forward to.

As for top and bottom not matching, i agree mostly, I have light brown hair but my beard is really dark, next winter I probably will stray away from the beard again, it's like having really long hair again, just gets annoying after a while.

It's funny because, while I agree that the look isn't suiting of you together, they do look decent apart! I covered up the bottom half of your head and it's all good. I covered up the top half of your head and it's all good. Just not working together, though! I'll probably get the same reaction from people though as I'm trying to "grow" hair all over with my full on facial hair and actual hair on the top of my head. I've shaved my hair for so long I don't remember what it's like to have it!!

All I want to know is.. why the fuck does my hair itch so much around my chin!? Fucking annoying.

Mine does the same. It stops after it grows out a bit. I'm not sure whether I should grow out my beard or not. I pull it off pretty well, but I'm also looking for a job. My biggest problem is when I do a clean shave I usually break out. My skin is so shitty.

Yeah I found a decent face wash, some Nivea face scrub, that does well for me. Still break out a bit. Gets worse when I shave more often though. Luckily the girlfriend likes my scruff.

I think the slowly growing it out after not having for so long is funny, because one day they will just suddenly realize you now have hair.

Yeah i'm not really going for anything super attractive right now. just whatever and i'm setting up for the future. Got my lip first, then beard, then glasses. beard is mostly because there's never been a point in my life where i was allowed to have a full beard and/or i was capable of so i'm doing it for the lulz. and @wop not at all. Dry spell currently at somewhere about 9months. G/f broke up with me at that point and just said fuck it, I'm planning on going to a college and live on campus, plenty of girls at college and no need to get baggage back at home.
