Incoming hairy man chest. You have been warned.

So, as a bit of a surprise for my girlfriend, who is currently writing her last exam for her first year of university, I decided to surprise her and shave off my beard. She's been at me to do this for a long time (she's always known me with my beard), and being that I'm working construction right now, growing it back is easy to do.

Before shot I took last night. My hair looks like crap these days.

Here's the after shot. I'm only keeping the moustache tonight, as I always said that when I shave my beard I would keep a nasty moustache for at least a bit, and it's coming off tomorrow morning. Pardon the bathroom shots, but at least I put on a towel when I took these as opposed to my normal shaving while naked routine.

So, in the nearly three years I've had this beard it seems I've been unable to grow a chin. And, despite that due to unemployment and near-poverty I've lost a bit of weight over the last few months, I managed to rock a bit of a double-chin.

I'm totally keeping the sideburns after I take the 'stache off; though I'm not sure if I should classify my current style as more 1975 than 1907. I guess I'll give the clean shaven thing a try for a bit, but after less than an hour de-bearded I have a feeling I'll be growing it back soon.

i think what he means is that you look like a kid, who got a marker and a picture of himself--and drew in chest hair, mounds of chest hair.

i think what we're getting at is that the (current state of the) chest hair spoils your boyish good looks.
