Pretty sure albinism is a random mutation somewhere along the line. It's from recessive genes, but that doesn't have to be from inbreeding, you could just get unlucky and have two totally random people that both happen to have the gene. Doesn't look like any of the people in those pictures have the red eyes that you sometimes see with it, though. (Think of white mice.) Albinism seems to get a lot of bad press or misconceptions about it, which is kind of silly. I had a friend in 3rd grade that looked a lot like that girl in the last picture, I think the only reason it's so striking in the other ones is because of the lighting in them.

There have been cases of people changing skin color due to inbreeding, because you're much more likely to get recessive genes from members of the same family. Could just be bad luck for some people, though.
