Question for JoT spawn.

Just quickly I remember there being a conversation about whether or not JoT's spawn location was correlated with a certain tower and day. Just wondering if anyone is able to confirm this, because we spent nearly an hour at all towers with one group rotating from galka to elvaan, and upon change to iceday and killing at Galka it popped immediatly. Anyway any information that has been confirmed would be great, JoT is such a waste of time.

I think it's randomly determined, like the ??? location for other sea nms.

Ah well thanks anyway, this is really the only NM that ever causes problems to pop, lol just kinda fed up with it.

Every time we go to Galka it pops there, it's probably set to pop there most often (since its the most difficult to get to) or we just got lucky off other lazy linkshells who kill only at the other towers.

at first we believed the theory that if you kill the PH at all 5 towers in the same game day hes guarenteed to spawn...UNTRUE. Usually he pops for us in Galka too, I agree with an earlier poster that SE probably has him programmed to pop there more often since its a bitch to get to.

If you want him to pop, he won't. If you don't want him to pop, he will. True for all of sea

Has anyone tried killing all the PH's at the same time (with 5 people/groups obviously) to see if he's always 'up' at one of the towers?

We've had good luck at Mithra tower, but yeah, usually ends up there or Galka.

We've tried the kill all 5 at same time, doesn't automatically pop.

It also seems to get 'stuck' in 1 of the towers often times, which is why it so often shows up in Galka. We've gone up when other LS were killing the other 4 towers for 2 hours, we just went to Galka and it pops first PH. Happens too often to just be coincidence.

People also tend to kill all the other towers as they pass by them doing other stuff, possibly causing it to go to Galka and stay there. Not really sure of the mechanism. Maybe when it tries to move to a tower that there is no PH up in (i.e. someone just killed PH), it goes back to the tower it came from and doesn't move anymore /shrug.

What this all means is that you really need to cover all 5 towers.

Usually' like I said we don't have a problem getting anything to pop, just takes some time. Temperance can take days to pop its so retarded. Least with the changes and making virtues 100% drops we've seen progress. Been doing sea about 6 months and only recently killed our first JoL. Had a streak where we killed 8 JoJ's and had not one virtue drop.
