    I know SE makes some retarded gear/latents but, considering this comes from AV, I doubt that's it.

    It's worth a shot just like the other theories though... because this *is* SE.

    that G. Katana is beautiful. latent is probably activated only at 300 tp, or something. I'd like to see some testing on this.
