Wohoo!
My friend gave the first one this raving review and wouldn't shut up about how amazing it is etc. etc. so I borrowed it and was extremely disappointed. The game is definitely a hit or miss, and I disliked it alot.
Just wondering, how far did you get into it?Originally Posted by Lbelle

I came
My problem with these games are they have no replay value, so ill just borrow them or rent them from the video store.
how exactly is the game played? i don't have an ds
i mean you're an attorney giving out objection or whatever?
You get a case and you have to solve it by investigating the area, talking to people, then supporting your claims in court and disproving others. Justice for All uses the mic so you can shout OBJECTION or HOLD IT into the mic, but you can use button presses to do the same thing. It really pulls you in there.Originally Posted by finale23
there is only one way to go about solving a case right? how much freedom do you actually have? or does everyone just enjoy the eccentricity because there is no similiar game came before this one?Originally Posted by Metah
In general there's one major solution. In JFA theres actually a few ways to go about winning some of the later cases, but they all end in the same overall result.
Yeah, that's about it. Except for the last case which has a good/bad ending I think.Originally Posted by MisterBob
Yeah it does, but in order to get the bad ending you have to be incredibly retarded when asked a certain question lolOriginally Posted by Metah
In the 3rd game you get to use Edgeworth as your lawyer for the final case for a while. And the murderer is the fucking coffee fucker!
Now that I finally get that spoiler off my chest, I feel better.
jfa definetly has no replay value, but I felt the story telling in that game was some of the best i've seen lately in a game. i got so wrapped up into the game, i wound up going to bed at like 3am when i had to be up at 8 for work just due to involved i got with the story. i haven't had that happen in a game in a very long time.
3 will make you call in sick for work just to pull an all nighter.Originally Posted by Melena
Fuck yeah. I love Phoenix Wright.
They might not have replay value, but the first play through is definitely worth 30$ imo.
This is going to own.
don't say that, cause if i'll call in sick for a force nidhogg pop, i'll do it for this game as well.Originally Posted by Syn
You will, just like how I played it for 20 hours straight 2 years back.Originally Posted by Melena
