Yea, if you max your upload you kinda time out when sending packets of info.

For every packet you recieve another one is sent by you to confirm recipt of data and requests a new packet you are outstanding.

If you cap your connection then your prolly just kicking yourself in the butt.

I am on a 12mb line and thats the highest they offer off fiber optics in so-cal.
