Spinning Slash Vs Ground Strike

Did a search, couldn't find anything.

So, Spinning Slash VS Ground Strike, spinning slash has a .50 higher TP mod at 300%, but 20% less STR and INT mod. Is the .50TP mod good enough to warrant use over Ground Strike? I haven't been able to do any serious testing yet, which is why I ask.

Depends on what you're doing and whether the situation calls for waiting to 300 TP. If you're doing something sitting on the sidelines at Tiamat waiting to get in, Ground Strike will be best. If your question is whether it is worthwhile using over SS @ 300 TP, pretty sure it will be the vast majority of the time even with decked STR.
