I don't have bst leveled but I fail to understand why this job wasent high on the list to fix next to rng(after both jobs were nerfed horribly). BST should have been the first job to undergo changes.

I have a question to data-mine people, are the ToAU mobs downloaded for everybody, or just on the ToAU disc? I always thought it was lame they didn't add new jugs (colibri, puks, etc.).

What they seem to fix and add to, isn't necessarily what's broken, it just seems to be what people whine about most, see drk. Maybe not enough people playing bst -> not enough people complaining -> no fix. :D

Well if they listen to sites like Zam, which seems to be the case, then there's no hope. They all seem to think the job performs perfectly fine, a lot of them think it's already overpowered. I don't know how BST got the title of a NM soloer when it was only a handful of worthwhile ones at best. Then many of those that think the job is incredibly powerful or more useful than many jobs don't have any 75 jobs or BST is their only job.

BST isn't the best crowd controller, especially with pet "AI" and charm rates on VT+. Who would you rather have crowd controlling, a jug pet, pray for charm to work or a reliable sleeper? But hey, we are great for handling darters and worms. (assuming someone didn't just sub BST lol). All I ask for is fixing jugpets and I'll be happy.

well they added diremite / antlion jug pets from CoP.. no reason why they arnt able to add ToA mobs as jug pets

I think they will give the buff the pet uses to its master... stoneskin/shell from a crab or Rage from a Sheep..

now back to normal size..

Getting puk pets with flash / blink wouldnt be half bad, but ONLY if they cap at CC's level or higher.

well dhalmels already can give you the agi+ buff, and healing breeze, so that kinda already works, except they're not jugs....yet

They need to make Wamoura's charmable and then a jug version pronto or Wivres.

I would imagine that if those models were made into jugpets, they'd be included in the update for everyone without ToAU.

Yeah I guess, but I bet SE would blame PS2 limitations for those that don't have ToAU if someone asked.

Yes I know PS2 users could download them like the CoP jug models.

BST used to be so good at MPKing

That was the real purpose of BST, to kill gilsellers and stuff....
If they brought that back BSTs would probably be happier
