First you need Rainmeter http://www.snapfiles.com/get/rainmeter.html I think there's a newer version than this out but whatever. Then download this http://files.filefront.com//;6170362;/ and put the unzipped folder in the Rainmeter skin folder -> load the program -> clock is the MKG ver.sk2 option. Right click it for more options like transperancy etc. Comes in white or black yada yada. It replaced my winamp skin as well.
I think you'll have to unselect all the of the default rainmeter crap when you first load the program unless you want all that crap it loads up. It's been a while ._.

I have 2 monitors, but I don't use a wallpaper designed for it. Just repeat the same wallpaper on the other monitor.

The bar at the very top is the coolest thing I've ever done in XP in terms of sheer usability. I have like 4 partitions and 2 virtual CD/DVD-ROM drives, and so I stuck My Computer at the top of the screen for one-click access to any of them. It's disgustingly simple, but saves a bit of time (especially since I hate having any icons on my desktop, including My Computer, and I even took the time to make the Recycle Bin icon go away), and is just extremely useful on a regular basis.
