Don't run around, fight wild pokes or trainers. It should spread to the poke above or below it in the party lineup.

As for the Power items, they come from the Battle Tower. Needs 48 Battle Points for each one.

It's np. You did some good switches but if Milotic had survived and wasn't switched in on the attack, it would have definatly 1hkoed and saved alot of trouble. IMO Milotic isn't nearly as useful as it was last gen but it still has its uses.

Yeah, I'm still doing a lot of experimenting trying to find out exactly which pokemon I want to use. I just haven't really decided on a better alternative yet.
