IV's do help determine the HP (hiddenpower) of pokes, but more importantly they make the difference between stats...
Lets say
1 IV in HP = 190
31 IV in HP = 221

thats 31 HP difference...
In reference to dusklops, other stats have different spreads, Im sure with different pokemon

I'd rather not have a duped Pokemon. I don't mind breeding through to get good IVs if you get a modest baby.

What level would you say is a good level to check IV's for Hidden Power? I've been using the calculator on serebii.net.
Only problem is my HP type changes everytime I level (at lv35 now).

And any idea where I would find the berry that reduces Sp.Atk. EVs? I kinda lost count so I just maxed it to 255 for now.
