Physical sweeper. And I was under the impression that only the father can pass down attacks. Meaning if I get a Lucario with blaze kick, I dont think I can get one with crunch.

edit: So I'm still not getting it. Even if I get a female Lucario with blaze kick, I still need a male ratata. If the male is the one who only passes on the attacks then how would I get a Riolu with both?
