I don't use legends. on PKMN Battle Rev I'm like the only one w/o legends, and I still do fair.

I have an empoleon, but they're not that good for competetive play, a grass or thunder move will fuck it's day up. My RL rival and I want another go soon. His team he revealed so far:

Metagross (Knows explosion, Meteor Mash)
Salamance (aerial ace, dragon dance)
Gengar

That's all he revealed. So looking at my guys, I have 3 so far:

Togekiss (Shadow Ball, aura sphere, yawn, nasty plot) <MoFRO's>
Electivire (Adamant: Thunder Punch, Ice punch, Earthquake, Cross chop)
Starmie (Timid: Ice beam, Psychic, Recover, Thunderbolt)
Blissey

Anyone got a blissey with Seismic toss? I'd also like a Gible Adamant or a Timid Dritini.

I love my Empoleon. He's my Special Wall that nobody knows how to deal with, with that whack ass type pairing, and surprizingly can also take quite a few hits on the physical side because of it. Also good for putting the hurt on alot of types (surf, ice beam, g.knot ftw). Saying it's not good for competative play is a bit of a stretch. <.<

My Empoleon still gets OHKO'd most of the time by Earthquake; then again, most of my team does even though I don't have a lot of weaknesses to it.

I thought I had a really good balanced team but I keep getting destroyed online. >_<

I've got Scizor, Vaporeon, Togekiss, Luxray, Aerodactyl, and Umbreon. As alts I have Gardevoir, Pidgeot, Ninetales, Empoleon, Ampharos(I know, I know ;_, Leafeon, and Dragonair. I was considering leveling a few more from my old G/S team like Houndoom, Skarmory, and Tyranitar but I'm not sure what moves to use.

The best I've done online is with my Togekiss and my Dragonair(surprisingly since they have such low stats), even my Vaporeon which was always my most kickass Pokemon against other people is getting owned hard online. I never knew it was possible to be a complete failure at Pokemon training until I started doing online play with this.

My Emp has an earth resist berry. 90% of the time I'm matched against someone that can earthquake, I can 1HKO them back, as they dont switch and expect me to die (and I dont and slaughter them).

Put a GBA Pokemon game in your GBA slot then choose "Migrate from ____" before you load your save, choosing Pokemon from the boxes in your GBA version. Then you go catch them in their appropriate zone in the Pal Park. IE Onix is in the gravel area and Caterpie is in the forest. You can only import 6 every 24 hours though.

theres an event at toys r us this weekend where you can go between 12-5pm and get the lv.50 legendary Darkrai pokemon. just thought i'd share in case there was any one who started late on the pearl/diamond series like me, or if there's ppl who still play and want a free legendary pokemon
