Question to you pokemaniacs, is there a downside to waiting to evolve something? I see they get the moves earlier if they aren't evolved so does that mean they end up with less stats to balance it out? I've never really bothered canceling an evolution before ; \

Occasionally a pokemon will learn a move at the level it evolves that isn't learnable by its previous form, but once you evolve it you can just spend 5 minutes in the Underground and get like 3 dozen Heart Scales.

Other than that no

You can't learn moves of previous evolutions once a pokemon evolves even through the Heart Scale Move Tutor guy. Unless they changed it for DP. The evolution must learn the moves. For example, most stone evolutions don't learn the moves of the previous evolution.

Also, 32,000 steps later lvl 15 Roselia. LOL you can catch one later? Fuck me ;p. Oh well.

Julian starters and Manaphy hook me up. You were the guy who said he had Manaphy eggs right? Because I need one to breed and raise since I have no 2nd DS to trade from my Pokemon Ranger.

I always thought you could apply the pokemon model, make it into an MMO 3-d style, make the areas really fucking huge, and just rake in profit.

Is it just me, or would an MMO style pokemon not be the best game ever.

Was just talking to Vade through the dealio ma bob.. sounds and works really well. He was using a headset but he wasnt coming through well, so those things are probably crap. You can hear better though if you have headphones, its kinda low volume, but the voices grow through very clearly with just the built in mic.

Vade, btw your avatar on my friend roster looks like a short balding guy, did you pick him (and how) or are they just randomly assigned?

just got to the 3rd pokemon of the 4th elite 4 guy and couldn't win...having 2 level 30s in my party and not going into the elite 4 with a ton of revives/hyper potions probably wasnt smart though rofl.

What level are the Elite 4 in this game if you're at them in the 30s?

They're 57+ ...I had 3 pokemon at high 40s low 50s range and the other 2 were mid 30s and 1 was low 40s.

Also, getting Mirakuge's pop item isn't hard at all, I think they're even minable in Underground. The hard part is talking to 32 people underground, since underground doesn't connect over the internet, it connects directly to DS's in your vicinity.
