Has anyone managed to get their hands on a Burmi or Cherubi yet? I slathered like every tree in Sinnoh last night and all I got today were Wurmples, Aipoms, and Combees.

It depends on who is online at the time. Some can get pretty outragous, yes, but most people tend to bust a nut over starter Pokemon from older gens, Legendary Pokemon, "popular" Pokemon for teams like Larvitar and Bagon and Eevee, shiny Pokemon, and version exclusives. "Legit" Pokemon that are obviously from events (rare Trainer number, like 000010 Anniversary Pokemon) are also extremely popular. I'm gonna throw up some of my rarer Pokemon after I get Pal Park and the national Dex, but I've been having trouble with my Wifi. When I first did the connection test and tried it there were no problems, but now that I want to play around with it more...

I just spent an hour or two hunting down and catching every single Unown. All the letters and the ? and the ! I feel so cheated. But hey, it wasn't that bad, since after catching all the letters I went into this tunnel and caught a Hippo thingie. And now I have tons of letter and punctuation seals to decorate my pokeballs.

Oh, and I finally caught and bred tons of Gibbles. Bred a female Gibble with my Torterra, so the new Gibbles know Earthquake. :D

Weee...forgot to mention I was lucky enough to have a female Riolu pop out of Riley's Egg (like 12.5% chance of female), so now my Floatzel and Lucario are doing the big nasty for a small army of Riolus armed with Crunch and Agility. I'm waiting for one with a decent nature to pop out for a Reversal-er or special sweeper, but if anyone is interested I might part with the extra eggs. After that i'll start breeding my Manaphy for some Phione eggs, then hopefully by then I'll have a fair amount from Pal Park and the Poketore to work with.

I got a Burmi earlier today, too bad I was looking for a Heracross or Munchlax. Ended up catching it for the sake of it. Its weird, in this game I've barely caught any Pokemon, but a couple of months ago when I played through LeafGreen I caught just about anything I ran into.

You can do Mystery Gift in D/P. Here's how. Go to Jubilife City, and go to the TV Station. There's a guy on the third floor standing next to a girl. Talk to him and he'll ask your opinion. It'll bring up a space for two words. Type in EVERYONE HAPPY. Then he brings up another question. This time punch in WI-FI CONNECTION.

After that, you can receive Mystery Gifts from the title screen using local connection or Nintendo WFC!

EDIT: If anyone wants a Chimchar I have like 10 eggs with Chimchars in them (my Chimchar and Ponyta have been fucking like crazy apparantly) and I'll trade any number of them for any decent bug / grass pokemon.
