EDIT: If anyone wants a Chimchar I have like 10 eggs with Chimchars in them (my Chimchar and Ponyta have been fucking like crazy apparantly) and I'll trade any number of them for any decent bug / grass pokemon.

I added your code and am sitting down on the trading thing... I think its working. I picked "Invite" and selected "trade" and am now just sitting around.

protip! when trying to catch the fucking gay pokemon that only appears on fridays, just change your DS settings so it's a friday and the pokemon will be there. Probably works with the time thing too.

edit: just tried moving time forward 12 hours and no rustling trees :(

It's not hard...just use your head.

Legendaries are pretty lame if you're playing against someone aka Ubers. Nobody plays with them because you can fucking suck and still just spam some moves and get lucky with them. Besides, using average-above average pokemon and making a nice team is much more fun than just seeing who can set up their Mewtwo/Arceus first.

Couple of quick questions.

I picked up Pokemon Diamond today. Started off wit the water one. Are there any pokemon that are 'must' catch int he first couple of area's? I see 'MH whore' mentioned a few times throughout, what is that exactly? Anything that I should keep in mind? I briefly played leaf green and that is the extent of my knowledge ><

The Physical and Special in this game. Say like, Fire Type Moves are Special Attack dependant yeah? So something like Flamethrower would depend on your SPATK.

Does that mean that something like Fire Punch that is physical now depends on your Attack Stat instead of SPATK?

Bidhoof is the popular HM whore at the moment. Starley seems to be popular catch for most people because he's pretty strong, unlike Pidgey and Hoothoot.

Buneary makes a good HM slave, too, since it can learn Rock Smash, Cut, and I think Strength. Psyduck can be good also since it can learn the water-based ones, and Strength.

Yes, not only does it depend on Atk Stat now but it also depends on the Def stat not the SpD stat of the defending pokemon.
