Quick question, is it possible to get Eevee by legit means pre National Dex?

If not then why does Serebii list.

Isn't Hearthome one of the 1st few towns?

don't think so...I could be wrong though. Eevee and all of its evolutions aren't needed in order to get the national dex though.

In Route 212, there is a Mansion where a few people live. Out back there is a patch of grass which is predominantly inhabited by Roselia, Mukubird, Pichu, Pikachu and Kricketune. However if you talk to the owner in the room to the right, you can activate something else.

Every day if you talk to him, he'll walk out. Go back in and he'll be there and tell you of a Pokémon that is inhabiting the place today. Sometimes its a Rare Sinnoh Dex Pokémon, others its a Non-Sinnoh Dex Pokémon so be alert. They are however there all day so you can go back. Their level averages at Lv. 16 to Lv. 19 so bring a Pokémon of that level. You have up to two of these Pokémon at once, they have a low encounter rate in the Mansion and the two Pokémon are the one allocated Today and Yesterday

Edit: The route itself is right below hearthome, but there is a camera dude and a reporter blocking the way until a certain point in the game. You can circle around from the town where you get your fourth badge (Left out of town). Its a long walk, but yeah thats where it is.

Uh also apparently you need the national dex =/

So many retarded trades up on the GTS...I FINALLY found a decent one, traded my Machoke for someone's Graveler. Even the starters have ridiculous trades up on them right now, and version exclusives also...I was hoping to do some more breeding tonight.

Edit; When I kick the Elite 4's asses tommorrow I'll start Pal Parking asap, I have a Houndoom somewhere, I could breed an eggy I suppose. It won't be ready before the weekend though I don't think.

Ok. I been looking for an hour and can't fina friggin Pikachu or Pichu. I'm in the Mansion garden, and on map this is closest grass area to where poke'dex claims they spawn. Seen dumb birds n flower guys who poison spam

while we're at it, where do I find the 3rd gym leader?

Is pikachu really weak? I mean, I got one from the garden and hes 30 now but he just seems incredibly easy to kill. Everything but his speed is low, i bought him a bunch of calciums and irons and such but he still gets owned so hard. I need an electric type so i figured i'd use him and evolve till raichu but am i better off with that cat one instead? Maybe i was just unlucky with this pikachu's stats? My level 21 HM whore beaver's stats are pretty much all better except for speed.

i'm using shinx as my thunder type. i got a jap pikachu, just dug a thunderstone up. if theyre default 30s in the garden, i might head there. mines 18 :/

problem with stone evolve pokemon is when to use it.

do i dare make him raichu early? same for my soon to be clefairy, do i dare give her the moonstone asap? hell i dunno who can use these stones besides them and eevee

no, don't make him raichu early. He doesn't learn anything as raichu except for tm's/hm's, he only learns abilities as pikachu. Wait at least till 37 so you get discharge, pikachu learns thunder at 45 but you can buy that.

I think i'm going to just grab a luxray, he gets crunch which is pretty nice and can learn thunderbolt/thunder through TM and gets discharge too. He's probably slower but having worse stats than my pikachu is unlikley, wasted 40k on those irons/calciums though -.-
