Tyrogue is able to be caught after getting the national pokedex, and he evolves in to all 3 Hitmon forms.

basically, enter a double battle:

Poke A | Poke B (enemies)
Ditto w/ item to dupe | Pokemon w/ thief

Ditto transform

Thief the item

or something along those lines
