Can you trade me the 3 spirits, that way I can just use my masterball and Synchronize Abra on Palkia and SR for good IVs? That way I can catch the 3 spirits later? I can trade with you without having seen them right, since we're friends and it's not GTS?

After I get National Dex I can bring Masterballs on all my pokemon over, and hook you up with some as payback for all the help you have given me :D ?

Not much you can do about Latias/Latios as far as IVs go unless you're insane. So ya that's pretty good, it's speed is really bad though.

Wrong. You have to get into a fight with them, but you don't have to CATCH them.
