Anyone have a site that lists what pokemon evolves by what stone/love/hold item/poke in pt?

I have a flimsy list I made for myself since serebii/bulbagarden take a century to load most of the time, it's probably missing things and wrong sometimes but I mostly just use it for quick reference anyway. I changed it from text to html so it's probably even worse than usual.

Do you just randomly beat the wall with the sledgehammer like i do?

It's stress relief after discovering that everything on my team can die to earthquake in a hurry.

It's not cheap at all. And I'm almost positive Imprison > Transform doesn't even work. Your best bet is to either devote Smeargle to OHKO moves (Lock On/Mind Reader + Sheer Cold/Fissure/Horn Drill is that even still around?) or to make him a Baton Passer, or simply an Endure/Endeavor setup. Please try Imprison to Transform almost positive it won't work.

Lbelle you aren't going to outspeed the pokemon the person switches in after after the Spore. Nobody is dumb enough to switch in a slower pokemon just to get slept. Spore on Smeargle is standard, almost every Smeargle runs it. The only effective way to use a Smeargle is to use it as your last poke or predict a switch so you can get a Spider Web off and then a Spore second.

The most effective Smeargle usage is 2v2:

1) Selfdestruct, Smeargle Endure with Salac Berry

2) Bring out a fast Pokemon with Fake Out as they bring out whatever.

3) If one enemy is faster than your speedy Poke, Spore that one and Fake Out the other, otherwise, Spore the Pokemon least likely to be carrying a Lum Berry. This means that one Pokemon is put to sleep, and the other flinches.

4) Endeavor the Pokemon that is awake, and kill it with your Speedy Poke. Since you Spored the Pokemon that is faster, the Pokemon awake should be slower. Endeavor brings them down to 1 HP, and speedy poke finishes them off, killing them before they do anything, leaving them with a sleeping Pokemon on the field.

5) Repeat on every awake Pokemon, finally finishing off the sleeping Pokemon.

(Jynx makes a great speedy poke who learns Fake Out, especially since it can learn good type coverage moves like Ice Beam :D, read that somewhere)

Or, in 1v1:

1) Smeargle Endure with Salac Berry

2) Spore. Salac with speed evs won't be outsped by anything, maybe Electrode?

3) Endeavor, if they switched, they just got brought down to 1 HP lol, if they didn't the sleeper is now at 1 and they will either switch or keep it in so...

4) Seismic Toss/Dragon Rage/Extremespeed anything to finish off the last bit, Extremespeed is for the paranoid.

5) Rinse and repeat.

you're such a nerd lol. A very smart one though <3. After I finish cramming for this final I'll re-read this and post. My smeargle doesnt have imprison, or transform for that matter anymore as the new one I bred is still level 1.

Palkia is a better legendary according to everyone, but other than that you can do all the same stuff and through wifi trading (assuming you have access) you can get all the pokemon from both games.

So, personal preference really.

I don't think you can play online with an Emulator, you're really screwing yourself out of half the fun if you do that.

Your next best bet is to get a Flash Card for the DS which will run you more than the game actually costs; worth noting that this way you still need a DS to play.

So you can either find a DS Emulator and download the game and play in your lonesome, or just shell out the like 150 bucks if you really want it and get pokemon. Flash Card is the way to go if you're really concerned about saving money in the long run because at least that route you save a bunch of cash if you end up not liking the games you download. This is frowned upon by a surprisingly large majority of the posters here though so I dunno, if you wanna keep your e-cred, you might just wanna buy a used DS and get a used Pokemon (I'm sure some mom bought the wrong one for their 10 year old and returned it for another one).

No real difference in the games, every video ive seen has Dialga winning anyway, plus Diamond case doesnt make you look like a girl. Trading in this game is funny too; I got the starters and Palkia for some magikarps.

Palkia is better, Dialga is an Uber of course you will find videos of some 10 years olds pwning face with him ;p.

How'd you get a Palkia for a magikarp, somehow I doubt it's legitimacy :/.

Well, you can question any pokemon being legit. There is almost no way to know if a person cheated to get it or not.
