You get it when you can access the basement of the Pokemon Center, but you still have to connect to WFC to get your code.

i love, simply love how Quagsire can use protect 10 times and fail once.

i guess the idea of fairness was tossed out the window on that.

and i noticed i'm f'ed again, as i have nothing that can kill the stupid stl/psy guy on the champs team

you should go to the store and buy PP shit and lots of hyper potions/revives so that when you get owned you can just rez and keep trying. The one on the champ's team that fucked me up the most was that dragon...can't remember his name but god he was SO hard. The one that uses lolearthquake.

Also--save before you fight her so you can just restart if Quaq uses protect over and over. He never did it THAT much with me, a couple times yeah, but not every time, so maybe you'll get lucky once by restarting at the same point.
