My updated trainer card shows what kind of team I got in mind. It feels...unbalanced. Any tips, fellas?

3 of them are weak to Ice. Can't decide much without seeing move sets, but unless you have a fire and a fighting move somewhere in there, SkarmBliss will hurt you.

true, but most players don't tend to use Ice based moves, possible exceptions to Avalanche

Has to be traded. Someone mentioned some thing with GTS where you could put it up and then take it back and it'd evolve but I haven't tried it yet.

Oh yes, you can. Just catch a Gastly and train it or ask for one over GTS.

Not all shinys are duped. Spheal is a pretty common 3rd gen Poke, I'd be less suspicious of a Speal then a Shiny Legendary or Starter/popular Poke. I put up a "real" shiny before, and tons of people want Palika for normal worthless Pokemon anyway.

I just mean the person who put it up probably duped it before putting it on trader. Since you can dupe in Emerald most people dupe their things and just use the duped version to trade/ev train etc and leave an original copy in case they want one again or decide to try a diff moveset/ev spread.

@Lbelle: Breeding Dugtrios to get HP Bug isn't really exploiting a bug it's using the games system to get what I want. You can do it too in D/P but breeding in emerald is just faster for me. As for duping, it's not making anyone's team any better it just allows you to be a little more creative so you don't have to start your Emerald over and get a second <InsertLegendary> all over again.

Edit: Also much easier to breed Rock Slide down onto a Dugtrio pair and breed them into a 5th or 6th or even 7th gen until a good 31/30 Atk/Spd dugtrio pops with HP Bug. As opposed to trading a slugma over to my D/P and then trading the dugtrios and then breeding on that slow bike.
