He's slow and has a common move type 4x weakness (ice).

Basically any pokemon that can learn Ice Beam can OHKO him.

It turns into the prevo of Chansey, and that allows you to exploit a third evolution for an even stronger Blissey. Man Chansey is so overpowered.

Everyone in the Pokemon metagame uses one, or some form of a wall. You switch it in on a special attack focused Pokemon then either, predict the switch to get your pokemon in, or wall then and Seismic Toss or Thunder Wave and switch out. Blissey = God in Pokemon.

You can trade a machop for an abra in the city w/ the first gym (an abra that gets boosted XP? hell yeah!)

In the city with the 2nd gym, you can get an explorer's kit in the house next to the pokecenter. This lets you go underground, it's really fun and addicting =x You get to dig for fossils, but usually just find junk stone things (not evolving stones) which are currency underground to buy furniture, and some other stuff.

You can find fossils for stuff like omanyte and them (some only appear after national dex) and you can also find other stones and some neat loot, like everstones, evolution stones, etc.

Also, you can play with people underground (this only works with nearby DS's I think, no wifi =() and play capture the flag and stuff, set traps etc lol

But damn, at first I thought it'd be cool trading/restarting to get all three starters. But damn, I can't control them because of how far between the Gym badges for making traded pokemon obey are.

It's pretty fun so far, It feels so much like Gold/Silver, which was by far my favorite game in the series. I gotta go to bed so I can wake up and check on those trees I slathered honey onto!

once you get to the 6th gym you can have pokemon up til level 70 or w/e so you're pretty set

it took me 10 hours to find a fire pokemon but I finally found one ._. and I still don't use it.

I'm currently going after the Strength HM in that ghosty tower hoping I didn't miss anything before that. I refused to bring it with me to college (today anyway), because I have about 20 pages of reports to finish and want to actually work on them. I'm hoping I can figure out how to unlock the 3rd gym after that since that stupid gym leader likes to not be there for some reason. I saw the town full of cowboys/cowgirls but didn't walk around it too much yet. Do yourself a favor and buy Dusk Balls, they kick so much ass at night it's disgusting.

I was a bit worried about what they had improved on since R/S/E but I am not dissapointed at all, they added a LOT of stuff. I am also shamfully addicted for a bit to the ghetto Pokemon dancing minigame and Poffin bread mixing, so I might actually have to try super Contests, I thought I was gonna be able to totally ignore them like last gen. I'm kinda looking for the Mystery Gift function to unlock right now, I'll post my Wifi Code tonight, I forgot to write it down...
