Right now I have almost an entire box of phanpys, no shortage of fodder pokemon lol.

I'm going for Impish Phanpy w/ Ice Shard and 31 HP/ 31DEF....but it NEVER goes higher than 26 on those, even w/ two parents with 31DEF and one with 31HP

Use it to breed something better. 31 in Def and HP is nice... but every other IV is really bad.

Keep breeding until you get 31 in it's atk stat (def if it's a wall) and 31 in speed and HP. I usually keep going until I get a few 30-31s, but anything less than 31 in speed is really going to hurt you alot of the time, and less than 31 in your attack/def stat will hurt too.

I fucking hate breeding....2 parents with 3 perfect IV's each have both hit level 65, and I have only gotten two babies with more than one IV higher than 29.
