People always talk about death kiting the crawlers...are they like super saiyan or something? Why can't you just wipe them out?

They are not exactly super saiyan but we killed one SW when it first came out and it took WAY too much time. Their HP is big and killing them is a complete waste of feeding time.


Won this Assault when it first came out with 5 LS mates. It was fucking annoying and I even had no clue what I was doing... but we barely won.. somehow...

It takes at least 20 minutes just to walk back and forth from the start NPC to all the soldiers with the rations and fill them up... more without people /thf or with enhanced movement.

Taking time to kill the Crawlers would almost certainly mean you time out on the run... they aren't run of the mill Mount Z Crawlers, they actually take some time to finish off (as I recall).

That, and they move soooo slowly back to their starting areas that rounding them all up is way more efficient.

Did it the other night.. cluster fuck death kite strat.. no one died finished with better than 5 minutes left.

We just did with 5 NIN only one was /thf and a THF/NIN.

Was no need to train the crawlers but I guess we got lucky maybe?

Had about 8 minutes left.

Just go in right at 18:00 and you should be fine.
