widescan

Has anyone else had instances where monsters are widescannable shortly before they visually appear?
The other day i was logging off at Quu Domi and i saw him on widescan just as i was in the 5 seconds left countdown. I logged back on as fast as i could and fleed over to where i saw it's red dot on the map while i was logging out. There was even someone standing right there and as i got there Quu Domi spawns. A good 15sec or more had to have passed from when i saw it on list.....And before you ask no i am not hacks and play on ps2 so no screenshots(not like they could help here)
just lemme know if any of you have ever had stuff like this happen before, thanks.

i used to notice this with leaping lizzy back when it still dropped leaping boots, but not as long as you described it... maybe like 2-3 seconds and then actually popping.

3-5 seconds i see happen alot, just that one time with quu on scan as i was logging out was really wierd
