xtals & keys too if they're of the right level. i got my onzozo map chest key from a gob pet. all mobs have a base item template of

if(xp && conquest!=beastmen) foreach partymember roll(xtal)
if(xp) roll(b seal)
if(xp&&moblevel>51) roll(k seal)
if(moblevel>minkeylvl&&moblevel<maxkeylvl) roll(key)
roll(mob specific drops)

since the mob specific drops are nill for pets, you won't get chaff.

Doesn't that pseudocode mean that you could receive a beastmen seal and kindred seal from the same mob?

touche. technically it's probably an if else that rolls a die with a binary (seal, no seal) outcome for lvl<50 and xp and for over 50 and xp it rolls for a trinary outcome (seal, no seal, k seal).

Edit: btw, xtal is a dictionary abbreviation for crystal and saves me 3 letters. just keeps me a hair further from carpal tunnel.
