Then tell your RDM to fucking level DRK sub or you aren't going to beat the boss even if you do manage to kill the bats and make it there on time

If you're not bringing enough black mages to manaburn the rocs, then they won't make up a total proportion of your damage on the boss to justify either of the two Roc paths. Just setup a solid tank party, put the BLMs on Grand Slam stun order, and hunker down for a steady melee kill.

The Stringes path is just way too remote to bother with, it'll cost most of your time.

The Suttung path is okay if you have enough BLM to effortlessly manaburn the Rocs (and hence the incentive for removing Suttung's magic defense) but on a run with 3 BLM, it's just 10-15 minutes better spent elsewhere.

And for the record you saying you cant do something cause of aoe silence and someone replying to that is still on topic. He might not have said it in the best way but still. And no I havnt killed the bats before. It super freaking gay and requires sac pulls that probably arnt 100% guarenteed or worth doing. The other two seem more worth it and I doubt you can kill all 3 in an hour.

The problem isn't that we don't have RDM/DRKs, it's that we don't have -enough- of them that are able to show up to CoP runs due to conflicting schedules.

And I'm not about to make someone shift around their RL schedule just to play a game.

I'm actually attempting to get more BLMs in as possible but due to the timing of the CoP runs we usually just take what we can get ^_^

My only goal here is to get some decent information that my LS can use to pursue it's interest.
